The History of
Beta Sigma Psi
at Texas A&M
1988–1994
The Phi chapter of Beta Sigma Psi was originally founded in 1988 at Texas A&M University. For just six short years, the Phi chapter thrived as a small, tight-knit group, until unfortunate circumstances brought the chapter to and end not long after its founding. However, the story doesn’t end there.
2019–present
After learning about the fraternity from their campus pastor at University Lutheran Chapel, the guys in the ULC Men’s Bible Study decided to undertake the task of re-establishing the Phi chapter. Since then, the group has grown and accrued members to join the cause. In 2020, the group obtained official status as the Phi colony, and the men look forward to future growth while maintaining a focus on Christ.
